Praline Caramel Brownies

A thick, rich, moist chocolate brownie foundation.  A generous layer of creamy caramel icing.  A sprinkling of toasted pecans.  The most delicious brownie dessert ever!  Praline caramel brownies.  Ahhhhh . . . sighhhhhh.   I'm in heaven!
