Chocolate-covered peanut butter eggs for Easter
Easter is upon us . . . and so is the presence of various traditional Springtime treats. One of which, the peanut butter egg, is my personal favorite. I decided to create my own made-from-scratch version of that tasty delight. First, I made the oh-so-yummy peanut butter filling, including peanuts, peanut butter, crushed graham crackers, and a few other delectable ingredients. Even before being enrobed in chocolate, this peanut butter filling is melt-in-your-mouth wonderful. I rolled and formed each little egg by hand, then dipped them in either milk or white chocolate. Chocolate-covered peanut butter eggs for Easter. It's going to be a delicious day!

Citrus Bars
These delicious Citrus Bars are a personal favorite of mine (being that I love nearly all things citrus - from scents to flavors). The buttery, flaky crust is topped with the tastiest of citrus custard. Both fresh-squeezed orange, lemon, and lime juice (as well as the zest from each) is included. Not too sour, nor too sweet . . . this bar is the perfect blend of citrus flavors. A generous sprinkling of confectioner's sugar finishes each rectangular delight.

Neapolitan Cupcake Tree
These Neapolitan cupcakes are an indecisive person's dream. A layer of vanilla cake on the bottom . . . a layer of chocolate cake in the middle . . . and a swirl of sweet strawberry icing on top. Three flavors in one tasty cupcake! Dessert deliciousness!

Caramel Turtle Bars
When one thinks of eating a delicious dessert, selecting a turtle of any kind upon which to snack is not usually recommended. However, if the turtle in question happens to be one of Sweet T's delicious Caramel Turtle Bars, please snack . . . devour . . . and enjoy! A buttery shortbread crust provides the foundation for this decadent bar. Freshly-made caramel, toasted pecans, and a generous drizzle of chocolate top each bar. This turtle is "out of its shell" and ready to be enjoyed for dessert!
