These luscious lemon cupcakes with a glaze of lemon cream icing will make you want to say, "pucker up" to your sweetheart on Valentine's Day. Lemon on lemon with a sprinkle of lemon (and sugar sprinkles) has never tasted so sweet! Nothing sour about this "LOVE"ly cupcake.

A surprise is hiding beneath this fondant!
What treasures lie beneath this delicious Sweet T's fondant and thick chocolate fudge buttercream? Well, if you prefer rich, decadent, chocolate chunk cake . . . then hack your way through the top tier. If, perchance, you favor crisp rice cereal treats . . . then chop off a slab of the bottom tier. That's right! This delightful modern-design cake hides two different treats beneath it's carefully crafted outer layer. Eenie, meenie, mienie, moe. Can't decide? Take a chunk of both tiers (my personal preference!) Why choose when you can enjoy everything!

No, it's not an Easter bonnet. It's a delicious cake!
This mouth-watering candied pecan cake (made by Sous C) is first iced with thick butter rum icing, then covered with Sweet T's signature fondant. I smile when I see the adorable little bows around each tier of this delicious cake. It reminds me of a gift ready to be unwrapped and enjoyed. And, oh, how it was unwrapped and enjoyed! Beautiful cake, Sous C! And no, I don't think it looks like an Easter bonnet (in spite of what some say). And, even if it does, it is the most gorgeous, yummy bonnet ever!

Pink and Purple Birthday Wishes
She is a princess. She likes pink and purple (as any true princess does). And she wants a chocolate chunk, sqaure birthday cake filled with vanilla buttercream and covered with delicious Sweet T's fondant. Royal wishes are my command!
So, here is the process AND the result! I love seeing freshly baked cakes (made from scratch, of course . . . using only the best and freshest ingredients). Seeing those little beauties is like seeing a blank canvas begging for paint. Those cakes are pleading to be iced and made into something beautiful. Again, cake wishes are my command. I filled, stacked, and iced the cakes with Sweet T's classic vanilla buttercream, then covered the cake cube with pink fondant. Then, the real "treat" for Sweet T . . . creatively detailing the cake. I covered the cake with pink and purple fondant flowers, as well as hand-crafted green fondant leaves. I hope this pretty pink princess enjoys her royal birthday dessert!

Winter snow is falling down (on these yummy cupcakes).
Would you care for a chocolate chunk or classic vanilla cupcake with either vanilla cream, butter cream, or chocolate icing? Plenty of decadent choices to please any cupcake pallate. And all delicious! These cute little cuppies are decorated with fondant and white chocolate details. Also, a winter storm rolled through and dusted them with a light layer of snow (cake sparkles). I'll gladly take a weather forecast predicting snow showers, when the snow that is falling tops yummy cupcakes like these. Happy winter!

Perfect Peanut Butter Chocolate Cuppies (of joy and happiness)
Talk about absolute deliciousness! These peanut butter chocolate (with chocolate chunks) cupcakes are ultimate joy to devour. And the smooth peanut butter icing makes the taste buds dance for joy. You can almost hear your taste buds thanking you for the little trip to Treat Town. I swear I heard mine say, "that-was-heavenly-and-please-let's-do-this-again!" as I finished my first (of two) cupcakes. Reese's peanut butter what? Who needs one of those when these cupcakes are within reach!

Retro 80's in Chocolate
This 80's inspired cake was created for my nephew's 13th birthday. Pink and black are two of his favorite colors and he wears shoes, shirts, and jackets just like those my friends and I wore in the 80's. In fact, today he bought himself a pink pair of corderouy pants. Eek! Thus far, I have been grateful that mile-high bangs have not reemerged as a fashionable hair style (although I totally rocked a killer bang curl for years). The 80's decade is back with a vengeance! Neon green, bright pink, glowing blue . . . ahhhhhhh! In honor of the decade where more was not just more . . . but never enough . . . I created this decadent chocolate chunk cake and frosted it with chocolate fudge frosting. Chocolate overload? IMPOSSIBLE! This cake is super rad, dude!

Seeing double?
Yes, you are seeing identical twin cakes! It is not a trick of your mind or a demonstration of my magical ability to replicate cakes (an ability I have yet to acquire, by the way). I created these yummy January Birthday cakes for the residents of two separate buildings at Golden Living Retirement in Orem, Utah. These are 12 inch by 12 inch yellow cakes (made from scratch - of course - using only the finest and freshest ingredients). They are covered with my delicious white buttercream icing and decorated with fondant and hand-made white chocolate details. I dusted the cakes with edible cake sparkles to elicit the memory of snow glistening on a sunny winter morning. I also covered the cakes with stars of buttercream to look like tiny piles of snow. All I can say is SNOW NEVER TASTED SO GOOD! I wouldn't mind shoveling this snow (into my mouth!).

Sous C's Mini Cake
This darling little mini-cake (6 inch) was created by Sous C. It is a white cake, filled with lemon butter cream, and covered with fondant. This perfect little gift is all wrapped up with a bow and ready for someone to enjoy. Oh wait! That someone was me (along with a few other family members) . And I/we did enjoy.

As Buddy (the Cake Boss) would say, this cake is covered in fawn-dawnt!
Sweet T and Sous C (my sister-in-law, Carrie) both crafted little fondant-covered cakes this evening. This was the small cake I created (Sous C's cake to be added tomorrow). Sous C and I enjoyed making our own delicious (and it REALLY does taste delicious) fondant from scratch. I wanted to cover my cakes with fondant that cake-eaters might actually WANT to eat. Not just scrape off and pile to the side of the remaining cake. Now my cake will not only taste delicious on the inside, but on the outside too! This oval-shaped cake is a tasty, marbled, vanilla and chocolate. It is also filled with thick chocolate custard. Delicious and adorable . . . can't get much better than that!

Mickey Mouse Cake Ears Club
I created this from scratch, fondant-covered, sweet vanilla cake for my Mom's birthday. She is the inaugural member of the Mickey Mouse Cake Ears Club. I wonder who will be next to join? This delicious cake is filled with my delectable vanilla butter
cream frosting. The Club insignia is hand crafted out of chocolate. The only part of this cake that won't taste good is the cardboard it rests upon! Happy Birthday, Mom!
