No, it's not an Easter bonnet. It's a delicious cake!
This mouth-watering candied pecan cake (made by Sous C) is first iced with thick butter rum icing, then covered with Sweet T's signature fondant. I smile when I see the adorable little bows around each tier of this delicious cake. It reminds me of a gift ready to be unwrapped and enjoyed. And, oh, how it was unwrapped and enjoyed! Beautiful cake, Sous C! And no, I don't think it looks like an Easter bonnet (in spite of what some say). And, even if it does, it is the most gorgeous, yummy bonnet ever!
